If you are over the age of 18 you will need to bring the following:

 A valid picture ID with your name and birth date on it such as:

            Drivers License

            Military ID

 If you are under the age of 18 (a minor) you will need to bring any of the following:

 1. A valid picture ID with your name and birth date on it such as:

            Drivers License

Military ID

 2. School ID with your name and picture on it and your birth certificate

 3. State or agency issued ID with your name and picture on it and your birth certificate

 4. Current yearbook with your picture in it and your birth certificate

 Minors must also bring a parent* or legal guardian** to sign for them. The parent or legal guardian must bring the following:

 A valid picture ID with their name and birth date on it such as:

            Drivers License

            Military ID

 * If the minor’s last name is different from the parent we will also need the minor’s birth certificate

 ** If you are a legal guardian you will also need to bring court documentation
